The building is created to accommodate 16 autonomous apartments on a corner plot in the area of Cholargos. The main idea is a free standing cube at a certain distance from the boundaries of the plot. The pure shape of the square appears as a creative challenge to construct a building whose individual parts display their design structure both in plan and facade. The structure of the building is created by a metal body that allows the synthetic autonomy of each apartment by creating large semi-outdoor empty spaces in the total volume.
